Call for Paper Presentations/Posters

  • Your Abstract/Poster (regular) must be received no later than October 21, 2011.
    Deadline to submit Student Posters Extended to December 15, 2011.

    Interested parties are invited to submit abstracts for oral presentation or poster in keeping with the conference theme: “Water Issues in the Canadian Oil Sand Industry: Addressing water challenges through strategic planning, applied research, technology development, and operational excellence.”

    ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

    Please submit an abstract not exceeding 500 words.  Your abstract must be in sufficient detail to evaluate relevance and technical content.  You will NOT be contacted for any further details.  You must include the presentation title, author names and affiliations, and indicate preference for oral presentation or poster (regular or student).

    This is your opportunity to participate in the CONRAD Water Conference and you may win a prize! Held every two years, this has become an important event for people in industry, research, academia, government, and the service, supply and technology sectors, to network and debate water challenges in the oil sand industry.

    Please Note: The technical selection committee may elect to consider your abstract for poster presentation rather than oral presentation should we receive too many abstracts to accommodate in the agenda.
